Practicing Responsibility In Daily Education

PRIDE Transitions is a specially designed instructional program for students with disabilities ages 18-22 that provides a transition from the high school environment to the community or post secondary education. PRIDE Transitions serves students of varying levels of intellectual, academic, social/emotional and/or functioning needs. Students access community resources as they focus on developing skills to meet education, training, employment and independent living goals.
