Early Childhood Screening

Do you have a child between the ages of 3-5 years old? 

Early Childhood Screening is a free and simple check of how your child is growing, developing, and learning. Screening is tailored for your child's age, there is no pass or fail!

This free screening includes:

  • Cognitive development
  • Large and small muscle development
  • Language and communication skills
  • Social and emotional development
  • Vision and hearing
  • Height and weight
  • Health history
  • Immunization review

To schedule a screening, click the green registration button below (quick & convenient), call us at 763.682.8408 (school-year), 763.682.8780 (summer) or email us at jgreenhagen@bhmschools.org. If school is canceled, screening appointments will be rescheduled.

Screenings are held at Discovery Center, 301 2nd Ave NE, Buffalo.

Registration available online! 

*A virtual developmental screening is available to parents/guardians who make a request based on their or their child's immunocompromised health or other health status. Parents/Guardians do not need to report their family member's diagnosis. Please call 763.682.8780 to request a virtual developmental screening.
