Community Teaching and Learning Council

The BHM Schools' Community Teaching & Learning Council meets monthly from October-May from 7:00-8:30 a.m. the first Friday of each month.  The purpose of the Community Teaching & Learning Council (CTLC) is to provide teachers, parents and community representatives an avenue for input to the school district on teaching and learning topics.  The CTLC reviews program proposals, suggested curriculum materials, required reports, and develops recommendations regarding the topics to the BHM School Board for consideration.  Both parent and community representatives serve on the CTLC to represent all ages of students, as well as the communities of Buffalo, Hanover, and Montrose.
