Homecoming 2024

This year our theme is “Bison Olympics”. Each day during Homecoming week, BHS students have the opportunity to participate in Dress Up Days. The week will end with the Homecoming Dance on Saturday night. The dress up days and activities are decided by Student Council members each year.

Monday 9/16 - Opening Ceremony (USA Theme)
Tuesday 9/17 - Surfing Tahiti (Beach Day)
Wednesday 9/18 - Olympic Athlete (Wear your favorite jersey or dress as an athlete)
Thursday 9/19 - Olympic Rings (Class Color)
   Freshman = Yellow
   Sophomores = Red
   Juniors = Blue
   Seniors = Black
   Staff = Green
Friday 9/20 - Team Buffalo (Bison Gear Day)

Monday, September 16: Homecoming Week begins with our Homecoming Coronation. This event begins at 7:30pm in the BHS PAC. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Friday, September 20: The Bison Football team will host the Eastview Lightning at Buffalo High School on Bison Field West. Kick off is at 7:00 pm. After the football game, all BHS students are invited back to the High School to participate in Fun Night activities. Fun Night will begin around 9:30 pm and will end at midnight. During this event, students will have the opportunity to see a hypnotist and play ping pong among many other fun activities on site. If students choose to leave Fun Night before it is over, they may not re-enter. There will be a $5 charge at the door or tickets can be purchased via a QR code posted around the school beginning at noon on Monday, 9/16 through Friday 9/20 at noon. Fun Night is intended for current BHS students only.

Saturday, September 21: BHS Homecoming Dance. The dance goes from 7:00-10:00 pm and will be held at BHS. This is a semi-formal dance. If students choose to leave the dance before it is over, they may not re-enter. Cost for the dance is $10 in advance via a QR code posted around the school or $10 cash at the door. BHS students may bring a guest from another high school to the dance. A guest registration form must be filled out and returned to BHS no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 20. This form is available in the BHS front office or on this website below. Tickets will be available to purchase online via the QR code Monday, 9/16 at noon through Friday, 9/20 at noon only. Cash will be accepted at the door.
