Welcome to Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose Schools! This is a caring community, full of recreational opportunities and great neighborhoods. We are here for you, whether you recently moved into our community or just added a new child to the family. For children between the ages of birth to 5 years, please complete the BHM Census form found below and return it via the instructions on the form, or call 763.682.8737.

Please provide:

• Parent/guardian full name
• Address
• Telephone number
• Child's name
• Child's date of birth
